HealtheLife helps individuals and families to stay informed, stay educated, and take a more active role in their health. Through the HealtheLife mobile app, you have real-time and easy access to your health care organizations online portal. This portal shows your latest health care information and provides services needed to plan, understand, and engage in your care.

Once your health care organization grants you access to their online portal and creates an account for you, simply sign into the HealtheLife mobile app with your Cerner Health username and password. If you have access to multiple organizations portals, you can view all participating portals through the app.

Each participating organizations portal is unique, but most portals allow you to connect with your care team using the following methods:

• Securely messaging your provider
• Scheduling and managing upcoming appointments
• Accessing medical information including allergies, laboratory results, health issues, immunizations, medications, and other health documents

If you need assistance accessing your existing account, visit your health care organizations website for support options. Contact your provider directly regarding questions about your health record. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the App Store cannot be addressed.

Good app

Works well, UI Neds some tweaks for usablility but great to have all your I dont your finger tips

It needs work

Overall I like it. What I really want to see is some interaction with the iPhone health and actual doctors.

Not an app

Why do I have to sign in to the app every time I launch the app? My phone has TouchID, why doesn’t this app utilize that functionality? This app also does a very very poor job of hiding the fact that it’s a webview inside an app shell. The UI looks like it was done by a 3rd grader. I stopped using the app after the first few attempts and dont see myself returning

Just the mobile site

This app appears to just be a mobile app front end to the website. Once you login, its no different than the website. Could have saved a bookmark and got the same effect. Requires a login each time. No way of saving password or using TouchID, whereas website can save password. Does not appear the app will handle notifications so Ill likely still be getting emails which will link to website.

Ok

Overall I like it. What I really want to see is some interaction with the iPhone health and actual doctors.

Worse than the mobile site.

This is a wrapped version of the mobile site with crapy UI and mad marketing.

Not ready for prime time!

App errors on login every time and you get a. Page full of errors and cant do anything but close it. Also Dignity Health sends you an email invite almost weekly to create an account that youve already created long ago. So when you think maybe Ill do it again now and log in only to find that gee you were right you do already have an account. Annoying!!
