HealthMe is the perfect app for being healthy. It gives you special exercises based on your height, weight and age. And for those who really want to be healthy, there are also diet menus for each day.
EXERCISES
• Exercises based on you
• The exercises change every 2 weeks to adapt more and more to you
• Choose 1 to 3 days per week when you will be able to run
• See what you have to do for the other days
• Share what you have done with your friends and family
DIET
• 1 menu for each meal, for each day
• See what you will eat the other days
• More and more menus in each monthly update
DARK MODE
• Activate the dark mode in the settings when your doing your exercises at night
PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
• Activate the push notifications to be reminded every day at 6 PM if you haven’t done/finished your exercises
MINI PLAYER
• Play your favorite music from your Apple Music Library directly from the app
STATS and PROGRESS
• Keep track of your stats and progress in the profile part with a graph that compares what you have done and your goal
MONTHLY UPDATES
• More and more menus for the diet part
• Better and more intelligent algorithms
• Support for other countries (languages and other units)
• Bug Fixes
