As you make your way through the daily prayers, inspirational background music (choose either In His Time or Ave Maria) puts you in the right frame of mind for meditation. Each mystery is depicted in living color with beautiful pictures, or, if you prefer, you can add pictures from your personal photo album as well. This gorgeous art work is accompanied by Bible passages to help you reflect more deeply on each event. However, if you have a scripture which is a personal favorite, you can add your own text.
Make your Holy Rosary Deluxe more personal by changing the beads to the color of your choice. Also you are able to choose how to progress through the prayer beads. Touch the current bead, and it will highlight and enlarge for prayer, or tap the arrow to move to the next bead. Each prayer bead is marked with a number so you can easily monitor your progress through the Rosary.
This app even remembers where you stopped during your last prayer and resumes where you left off when you return. If you accidentally skip ahead, you can easily go back to the proper bead to finish your prayer. When youre praying the new Novena feature, you can turn the Divine Mercy Chaplet on or off. Schön gemachter Rosenkranz…
…für den iPod touch oder das iPhone. Irgendwie ist das Interface noch nicht so vollkommen, wie man es von anderen Apps bereits kennt, aber alles in allem schaut es schon sehr gut aus und ist auch sehr benutzerfreundlich. Ich empfehle das Programm besonders jenen, die das Rosenkranzgebet noch nicht kennen und es erlernen wollen. Man kann durch das Programm den Rosenkranz auch in anderen Sprachen erlernen. Leider ist deutsch noch nicht vertreten (Stand 3. November 2008), aber der Entwickler hat mir auf Anfrage zugesagt, dass ein deutsches Update folgen wird. In der Praxis bete ich meinen Rosenkranz weiterhin auf einem richtigen Rosenkranz, finde das App dennoch schön gemacht und bereue den Kauf nicht.

It should have the abilty to read it to you. I believe it should have the Fatima Prayer...maybe I am wrong. Would alps be nice if it had some meditative music to block out external noise. Hopefully an update is coming shortly.

Outstanding App!
With the latest revision this app has become my rosary of choice on the iPhone. It looks gorgeous, offers a full screen mode, optionally vibrates after each decade (so you arent distracted as much, but still know where you are), among others. Thank you for this app, may God bless you for it!
Great but music wasnt
The only thing that I would change is the background music. I ended up turning it off and listened to Gregorian chants instead, which seemed more appropriate than the versions of the two songs that are included.
Where is the French language
I´ll put a 5 star if it was with everything with French language. I am desappointed
