iArrow provides navigation where there are no roads. The app will show you the way back to your car, campsite or hotel and help you reach the nearest settlement if you get lost. This app features a built-in database of 2,000,000 localities around the world and does not require internet or cellular connection.
Unlike navigation systems that show a blank map, iArrow instantly launches and very clearly indicates the direction and distance to the destination. The app consumes little energy and saves battery power.

Erstaunlich gut!
Sehr umfangreiche App, die allerdings etwas Einarbeitung erfordert. Zielorte, auch weniger bekannte, werden sehr gut gefunden. Sogar eine Höhenangabe ist dabei - schön in den Bergen! Das Handbuch - zur Zeit leider nur in englischer Sprache - ist etwas versteckt, jedoch sehr umfangreich.

Be careful, useless
Im choosing a point in northern direction and app tells me to go south west. I open the app and it tells me Im heading northwest, I close and reopen it and suddenly Im heading northeast? Wtf is this?

Sehr nützliches Navigationswerkzeug!
Koordinaten Import aus Fotos wäre super
Zur App ansich wurde alles bereits gesagt, sie funktioniert soweit ganz gut. Ich vermisse nur eine Funktion, nämlich den direkten Import von GPS Koordinaten aus Fotos um zu bereits fotografierten Orten zurückfinden zu können. Aktuell nutze ich einen Workaround über eine andere App, die die Koordinaten auslesen und kopieren kann, und im Anschluss das Notizbuch um die ausgelesenen Koordinaten in das iArriws Format umzuwandeln. Bitte bitte nachbessern! :)
