Pour s endormir en 10 minutes
Je ne sais pas si c est pur effet placebo mais grace au mode "sleep" quand je souffre d insomnie ou que je veux me faire une petite sieste je mets l applique et je m endors direct, entre 5 et 10 min. Donc pour ca elle est geniale pour moi. En revanche la fonction qui est censée booster le cerveau ne me fait rien ce qui lui vaut deux étoiles de moins.
