funktioniert leider nicht, da am anderen ende leider niemand zur verfügung steht und somit keine verbindung hergestellt werden kann. schade.

Einfaches Handling der App und direkte Verbindung zum idnow Callcenter
schnell, freundlich und einfach einfach
hab die App genutzt zur Eröffnung eines Bankkontos. Schnell und nach ca 3 Minuten hatte ich eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin dran die mich innerhalb von 5 Minuten durch den kompletten ID Vorgang begleitet hat.
Mobile Identifizieren statt PostIdent-Verfahren
Hat im 2. Versuch gut geklappt. Netter Mitarbeiter, kompetent und App hat funktioniert.
