Macht Spaß, gut erklärt (auch wenn in englisch, aber jeder kann verstehen was gemacht werden muss). Ergebnis werden wir dann sehen, aber die Übungen wirken effektiv

Könnte besser sein

Die Übungen sind vielleicht ganz gut, Muskelkater ist auf jeden Fall garantiert. Was mich aber stört, ist dass bei gewissen Übungen nur für das 1 Bein wiederholt wird... Was ist mit dem anderen Bein?

I love this app! It keeps me on track and it has only been 2 weeks, but Im already seeing results! Easy to follow workouts and the reminders are so helpful! Highly recommend.

Please fix bug!

The user interface and workouts seem well worth it but theres a glitch on the start up window that keeps asking me fill in all information when it already is!! I have your other apps and I hope they all dont do this!

Eğer sizde sabah kalkıp spor salonu eziyetini çekmek istemiyorsanız bu uygulama tam size göre. Ben her sabah ve öğlen bu uygulamayı ve bunun kol, bel ve kalça uygulamalarını değişik günlerde hatırlatıcısı sayesinde düzenli olarak yapıyorum. Ve çok memnunum. Uygulama da çok güzel hazırlanmış, bekleme süresi, konuşan yardımcısı ve bir çok seçeneği var. Tavsiye ederim.

My opinion?

I would love this app if just the exercises were for both the legs, not just one. I have arm workouts as well and I can see that they do exercise once the right and once the left arm. It would be nice if there were any information about doing the other leg ;) Apart that I cant complain ;) love it, I feel my legs hurting and muscles building ;)
