My son is 3 years old and really loved this game. The animal photos are something that he is really interested in right now. I love how this app will prepare him for reading and music- since both are dependent on pattern recognition.

I have all the grasshopper apps. They absolutely help educate your toddler.
Seems good at first - but a major flaw exists
As the pattern choices are random, usually the options only include one tile from the actual pattern...meaning regardless of the difficulty, you just need to pick the only animal thats in the pattern. A stupid flaw. So...want to complete the pattern...just pick the only animal that was actually in the original. Takes a kid about 3 mins to figure this out. Fix please.
Confusing
This app has beautiful photographs of interesting animals.... But it is not really accurate in teaching patterns. The core of the df the pattern is often not obvious. The core is often not repeated... A requirement of patterns. I would love an update taking care of these problems.
Great starter patter app
My daughter is all into patterns at the moment. She can complete this fairly easily but it is great for her younger brother who has not grasped the concept yet. Easy to use and not too easy that it will pose a challenge. Great work Grasshopper Apps!
