Lets make it harder to use
Not impressed with this latest update. What I liked about the app was that I could use the coupons and it took a few seconds for the coupons to load. Now the mailer coupons are not even built into the app and I have to spend time waiting for the Internet to open and then find my province and then wait for that to open! To speed things up, Ive had to turn my Wifi off because the McDonalds Wifi in the locations Ive been to is painfully slow. It takes three times as long to wait for the coupons to open that it does to order, pay and collect your food. Definitely need to return to the old system. This is not an improvement. As for an idea. The app should allow a person to pre-order from their phone. A person could save a favorite order to reuse or pick a new order. If the kiosk could read the order from a bar code on the phone like it reads coupons and with Apple Pay or tap function on debit cards, the time at kiosks could drastically drop make the kiosks a time saving option.

Also, your staff are unable to scan those dumb QR codes you show on your coupons. A whole app just to download a friggin coupon in PDF format, thats crazy.

A big letdown! App deleted ASAP!
Worse Re-worked App!
The old app was better. It was clean, simple, and intuitive. This new one they put marketing at the forefront and hid the mailer coupons by letting you dig further which then launches your mobile browser. So you think there are no more mailer coupons because instead they present app coupons that are fewer. Navigation is junk. They need to bring the old design back.
