Very nice app
A different style than headspace (which is based on 10 days+ training sessions for forging habits and more costly) where you provide "on demand" meditations thematic as motivation. I recommend ! Could you put a sound at the end of the meditations please ? Several times I wait for the end and that was already finished !! Good job !!

Would be awesome to change the duration in which nothing is being said. In Addition a mode with just background noises Would ne great.
It’s working ...
Got this a few days ago and so far it seems to have a future staying on my iPhone 6s Plus! I’m kind of stressed out kind of guy and would do anything to help with that except sitting in middle of subway rails and meditate — as per one of the pics on their web site! On another note, US users have gone crazy getting this App and rating it with 5 stars on iTunes. In Canada, I guess people are either too relax or don’t need meditation!

I got it about a week ago and its been really useful for helping me destress, clear my mind, and fall asleep. Hopefully they add more different sessions!
Courses should be a single audio file
Having a meditation course broken into multiple 2-7 minute sessions isnt ideal. Dont like breaking my focus to press play on the next segment. Can you please fix this?
