Connect App mit Verbindungsproblemen?
Fahrzeuge für 40.000-100.000,-€ mit einer App für 0,99 € verkaufen. Sorry Mercedes, das passt nicht zum eigenen Anspruch. Gründe für die Beurteilung in Kurzform: - regelmäßig kein Kontakt zum Fahrzeug - Standheizung starten kommt einem Glücksspiel gleich (in Winter doppelt ärgerlich) - App Updates mit ständig erforderlicher neuer Anmeldung - Serverwartungen mitten am Tag (App dann ohne Funktion)
Gefährlich !
Wenn zum ersten Service bei ca. 12000 km für knapp eine Woche die Info erscheint: elektronische Servolenkung tauschen, fehlen mir die Worte.

Purtroppo mancano le funzioni più importanti come la chiusura apertura finestrini a distanza e apertura chiusura capote , tra le altre cose . Peccato . Ma soprattutto serve a Mercedes per monitorare l’auto e proporre tagliandi e simili .
Digitale Vorfreude
Die Stufen der digitalen Vorfreude wurden korrekt angezeigt bis auf die letzte Stufe: Die Ansicht hängt bei nicht beendeter Endkontrolle, obwohl das Fahrzeug schon ausgeliefert ist.
Fahrzeug entriegelt
Immer wieder zeigt die App an, dass das Fahrzeug entriegelt ist, obwohl es verriegelt ist. Gerade bei diesem sicherheitsrelevanten Aspekt sollte man sich auf die Information verlassen können. Es ist echt unangenehm, wenn man sein Fahrzeug gerade irgendwo geparkt hat und später die Push Benachrichtigung bekommt, dass sein Auto entriegelt ist. Das nervt echt.
