The Mind Medic is a subliminal programming app that is designed to allow the user to program their own positive thought affirmations in their voice and deliver them directly to the subconscious mind while they sleep. The user records an affirmation that is goal specific, they start the program at bedtime, after a 60 minute hibernation period which allows you to get to sleep, your affirmation repetitions will begin. There are 5 repetition phases throughout the course of the programming.
