And with an active MINI ConnectedDrive subscription, the app will:
- Simple access on a map to where you last parked so you can find your MINI with ease
- Lock or unlock your MINI, flash the lights, sound the horn, or turn on the ventilation system, from anywhere remotely
- New Vehicle page to easily access remote functions
If user does not have MINI ConnectedDrive account, he could register new account and enjoy parts of the services provided by the app.
And now, a bit of fine print:
A mobile Internet connection is required. This can incur costs (for example due to roaming) in accordance with the contract concluded between the customer and the network operator.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life. If you experience significant battery drain while using MINI Connected, select the lower battery usage option in the Settings menu.
