3. Payment Method
For accounts that purchase automatic subscriptions, the cost of the next subscription period will be deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration. After the deduction is successful, the service time will be extended by one subscription period.
4. Cancel Automatic Subscription
If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually go the phone "Settings" -->Enter "iTunes Store and App Store"-->Click "Apple ID"-->Select "View Apple ID"-->Enter "Account Settings" -->Click "Subscribe", and then select MIPC subscription service to cancel the automatic subscription. App keeps closing on iPhone and iPad for no reason. I can see my cameras and then the app shuts down? Please fix!!!!!!!
Please fix the app it works fine on my iPhone but iPad when I log in it immediately crashes
I recently just got one of these camera’s and everything was working fine at first. But after I signed out for the first time and tried signing back in. The app will load and sign me in, but then shortly crashes right after that. I even went to restarting the camera and setting up a new account and it still seems to do the same thing. Any help I would appreciate it, I got this camera to be able to watch my dogs while I’m gone.
We LOVE our cameras and had no issue with the app until the last update. Now on our ipad, which is what I use to keep an eye on the kids during distance learning so we don't distract them the stream freezes after a minute. I have to logout and log back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. I see many other people are having the same issue, hoping this is fixed quickly as it is a PAIN!
MIPC crashes after 1 minute on my Ipad2 IOS 9.3.5
My iPad has IOS version 9.3.5 - Apples latest for this iPad - The app loads but crashes once you try to login - can anyone help?
