The city has been ravaged by a huge flood and rain storm, causing havoc throughout the city and putting hundreds of lives in lethal danger. Survivors are trying to gain higher ground looking for recue help, where you and your mobile rescue squad comes into play.
Your job as the flood shelter rescue commander is to track down survivor in tagged locations throughout the flood ridden city and send in your fleet of latest rescue boats to the mission. Reach all of the survivors in time, load the civilians and get them to safety and health services before any more casualties arrive. The faster you act, the more lives you save. Complete each timed level to the best time check you can to gain maximum army promotion points.
