I lost all of my old purchases
Horrible customer service
When they switched from Crochet Today! to Mollie Makes I lost all my purchases. I entered the long, over a year, back and forth email with them about getting them back. Theyd lose my emails despite having ref #, repeat themselves, ect. After a year+ I told them "hey if I cant get my purchases can I at least get a refund?" They then told me since I made my purchases via iTunes to contact them instead. NOTHING was solved other than to tell me over a year later that its iTunes problem and get them to handle it. I get no refunds or my purchases back (which is what I really wanted) since they claim its all on iTunes.
Old issues not transferred!
I had purchased 14 issues and # 4 and # 14 are full price like I have never bought them! Keep your old version.
Not even one star!
Every single time I use this new app I cant log in, its ALWAYS a big trouble to open a new issue! Restoring purchases does nothing. I will never subscribe again. Its a pity (
Not so great ... Needs immediate updates
Had the "Old" app and there were so many ways to use the app ... Ability to print a page (for patterns), email, Facebook, Twitter, text a page. These need to be updated in this new app. The app also seems to be having problems when you try to go back to "issues" - stutters and/or crashes completely. Need to make more stable and PLEASE add back in the features that the previous app owners had, as it is some of the main reasons for having a digital copy (to print ONLY what is needed instead of having the whole magazine). Thanks
Update to the new app and lose all of your previous issues
This is the third application bought out by the company that deleted all previous subscriptions. Attempting to sync doesnt work. Considering the premium price paid in the U.S. this is unacceptable. The magazine itself is great - provided you can get it back.
Not so happy about the new Molly Makes app
Mollie makes is really great, but the new app is a bit of a let down. The old app had more features than the new one. Especially the possibility to print! I really hope this app gets updated very soon and that it will possible to print again!!! Thanks.
