I used a different system and wasnt thrilled at having to strip my phone case so it would work. This device uses Bluetooth and works great. It is fast and with the handoff device, customers feel comfortable entering their pin. The only problem so far is that I have to sign in EVERY time to use it. Not a big deal but since the upgrade I was forced to perform yesterday, it wants a security question. Unfortunately, to confirm the answer, it wont allow access to the keyboard
