MoodKit ist soweit die einzige wirklich gute Psychologieapp, die ich hier gefunden habe. Leider nur auf Englisch, daher 4 Sterne. Wenn man wirklich sein Verhalten ändern möchte und sich mit seinen Gefühlen auseinandersetzen, dann hilft die App wirklich gut. Vor allem, wenn einem Tagebuch schreiben hilft. Ich muss sagen Hut ab.

Tolle App! Super finde ich, dass man eigene Tricks hinzufügen kann, z.B. wie man seine Stimmung aufhellen kann oder mit seinen Gedanken umgehen will. Die Stimmungsmomentaufnahmenfunktion ist super. Sehr schlicht gelöst, finde sehr schön, wie die Stimmungskurve der letzten Tage angezeigt wird und bei mehreren Stimmungsmessungen an einem Tag der Durchschnitt gebildet wird. Habe die ganzen Ideen noch gar nicht wirklich angesehen, aber was ich bisher sah, war alles gut. Wer Interesse an der Gedanken-Logbuch-Funktion hat (die das Prinzip der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie verfolgt, kann das ganz gut hiermit machen. Noch mehr überzeugt hat mich hierfür aber iCBT, das auch mehrere Gedanken zu einem Ereignis zulässt, die einzeln analysiert werden können (das Programm ist nicht billig, aber seinen Preis Wert, wenn man ernsthaft und effizient mit dieser Technik arbeiten möchte). Dort kann man auch Gefühlsarten und Verzerrungsformen hinzufügen. eCBT ist zwar billiger, aber nicht so ausgereift, finde ich. Gut finde ich dort, dass es eine Funktion gibt, Kernüberzeugungen zu analysieren und Hilfestellungen gegeben werden, um die eigenen Gedanken in Frage zu stellen. Alles Liebe euch allen! :)

Several functions in one: a journalling app with templates for many different topics and situations to analyse or a customise tool to write your own entries, mood enhancing activities sorted in six different categories from productivity to enjoyment and with customisable suggestion function (there are so many different ways to find an activity that its sure you will find at least one or two to fit your needs), a thought checking tool to analyse and modify thought habits (the list of common distortions is a great shorthand) and a mood chart to track your mood curve. All this very well designed to export journal entries, set dates for activities. Makes great use of the iPhone/iPod environment. All the scientific and psychological merits aside (and despite the somewhat clinical design) this app is also great fun - like a good mentor or guide in your pocket. Very grateful I found this!
Great App!
If you did CBT before this app provides you with everything you need and even more super useful features that you didnt even think of before. Through the variety of different features you can work on the way you relate to your thoughts in a very holistic way. And, of course, since it is in your phone it is accessible everywhere you bring your phone. The only thing I would recommend to add is a brief introduction on how to work with the App. I find writing effective thought records takes a bit of practice. It might be good to offer more examples or guide the user through one step by step. It still gets five stars because it exceeded my expectations.
Great App - Needs update!
I love this app and use it every day. please give it an update for iPhone 6 and iOS 8. some things are out of the display sometimes.
Only one issue
Wish I could scroll through the graph and see mood fluctuations over more than one month. Can see them on the list but not the graph. Also wish I could print the graph to show to my doctor. Otherwise a useful app for sure

My psychologist recommended this app to me and it is great! I love how you can do the activities and then write a journal entry about it after. There is also a wide variety of different activities that you can choose from. The thought checker is also very cool. I agree with the other person who wrote a review that I wish you could go back and look further than one month to view your mood patterns. That would be a really useful tool, maybe you could change that? Overall, this is a fantastic app, I love it!
