Quick data entry and easy to use. Not limited to 1 million as previous reviewer says. On the contrary, its flexible and lets you decide the limits.

Great app for quickly calculating mortgage payments, but its missing a slider/setting for adding in monthly insurance/property tax for an escrowed mortgage.
If you are a mortgage banker dont buy this app.
It doesnt to a dollar amount I cant do $118,345 it was only a buck but it needs work. Lots of potential. If you are giving people payment amounts do not buy this app. If you are thinking of buying a home and wana know how much your payment will be. Then this app is worth the $.99.
