Zooming and unzooming Doesnt work properly, so you cant read street names. There are better FREE apps for this.

Description
This app allows you to browse street level map of Moscow when you are traveling. You dont need to have internet connection for this to work as the map is stored on your iPhone or iPod Touch. Ideal for saving roaming charges or having to find the local wifi to access the built-in map application.
You can pinch to zoom in and out of the map just like you can with the built-in map application.
There is also support for GPS on the iPhone and iPod Touch (via WiFi).
The source of the map is from Open Street Map, http://openstreetmap.com/ under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 licence.

Full of bugs
street map is almost useless
Zooming jumps from 10,000 feet level to the hight of a bug! Couldnt find how this app could be usefull to anyone.

худшая карта, которая только могла быть. медленная, нет нумерации домов. разрешение плохое. Очень неудобно и халтурно!

Отвратная, глючная карта. Удалить из аппстора этот мусор.

Но признайтесь, сто ваша карта бесплатно никому не нужна! Если под WiFi она так глючит и не может зум сделать из 20 домов в один, грубо говоря, сделать, как же она в заявленном оффлайне собралась работать? Первое, на что я нарвалась в гайде — безобразный перевод, второе — реклама услуг по аренде вертолетов, целый парк перечислен, подача — да у нас типа пробки, аренда вертолетов есть обычное дело среди москвичей. карта для отмазки здесь. very slow and hard to read
Its just a plane ole map. Very few convenient features. No ability to enter a specific address. Pretty useless overall, other than a few nice tips about traveling into and out of Moscow. This app definitely needs some major improvements.
