The Municipal Radio of Tripolis 91,5 fm (MRT) is one of the 1st “free” radio stations that emitted legally in Greece.
The radio station’s programme is mostly informative and entertaining and today MRT is the biggest in geographic range radio station all over Central Peloponnese that keeps good company to all of its listeners.
Municipal Radio of Tripolis has never been a profit-making business in the media. Its profile is clearly social and for that, it has received important honors and awards. According to an official survey in March 2007 by three different poll companies (MRB, VPRC, METRON ANALYSIS) on behalf of the Ministry of Press and Media, MRT has taken the 1st place in ratings. The fact that MRT is between the best regional informative radio stations of Greece (as daily surveys of www.e-radio.gr show), is remarkable.
