Difficult to navigate
I cant link my cable and internet with cell phones. Ive called they say it will link in 24-48 hours. It it just doesnt ... I always have to pay cable and internet through the app and cell phones through the website, whats the point? I wouldnt waste time downloading the app
It was able to get the job done but not without some difficulty and frustration. I attempted several chats that ultimately got dropped. You arent brought back to a page where you left off. I spent a lot of time watching the wheel turn while I was sitting on full bars LTE only to be dropped off at the home screen. Your work can be done but it requires a lot of time and patience.
I can never get into my account it says error all the time and try again in few minutes or Im not connected to internet

This app meets my needs to manage account
I see you some listings great responses regarding this app. This app does what does decide to do very well. I can manage my account, turn on and off user data, view my data usage, and best of all pay my bill online without having to go to the computer or the Internet Also DirecTV customers need to be aware that they can stream DirecT through their telephone data free
For years I had an ATT app that worked perfectly! Then someone decided to "update" the app and the updated version is the worst! It continually loses my information. When I have to renew everything it seems to go in a loop!! You can easily spend a couple hours trying to make the smallest change!!
