Start by logging in with your Buick Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myBuick mobile app* is supported on iOS 14 or later, and is only available in North America.

I am echoing the past complaints. The appis worse since last update. Hate new sign in every time! Vehicle location now takes so long its easier to go find the car myself. (IF it works at all). Most times I have to re-sign in again. Forget trying to start. That requires a few sign ins. I've deleted and reinstalled the app a few times in hopes that would help. No such luck. What happened ,BUICK? This app used to be helpful, and worked fine the way it was. No stars would be appropriate.

This god dam app fucking sucks !!!! I used to be able to load it on my phone and have it remote start my car! now I have to log in with email every fucking time. Its God dam fucking annoying as fucking hell.. to the assholes who developed this app update shit FUCK YOU

I am having same problems with my 2014 enclave. The MyBuick app worked great before the update

After new app upgrade in early March 2021, many features do not work! Have contacted OnStar numerous times. Smart driver, tire pressure, etc will not update. OnStar advised my case had been elevated and someone would call me back. Have not heard from anyone in over 6 weeks! Planning to cancel service and request refund of money paid for a service they failed to provide. Terrible, unreliable app!
