Très bon outil pour un suivi précis

Très bien fait, facile à utiliser, intuitif, personnalisable, pour faire un suivi très précis, de son alimentation et de ses symptôme. Quelques petites amélioration à faire en diminuant le nombre de prévisions demander pour certains critères (ex: qualité de sommeil il est inutile de demander lheure de la saisie)

The app is very easy to use. Im listing everything I eat in advance of my appointment with a dietitian and the app makes recording every ingredient much faster. I havent tried its other features yet in helping me identify culprit foods, but they look promising. Im pleased with my purchase.

Very helpful

This is an awesome app. If you need to keep track of your food because you might have a food intolerance or an allergy, this is what you want to have. You can keep track of your food, your symptoms, medication etc. It has a big database with a lot of stuff already but you can also easily create new items. This makes writing your food diary very quick and easy. Additionally, you can create a pdf of your diary to print it and give it to your doctor.

Great app, really helpful. Its easy to keep track of my meals and find out about possible reasons for any discomfort I may have :) The only app I have spent money on so far and I can say it was worth it!
