Voilà une excellente idée que ce NEJM pour iPhone. Les articles sont tout à fait lisibles (sauf certaines figures ou tables -comme pour larticle sur lEP de cette semaine où ce sont les arbres décisionnels qui napparaissent pas). Les vidéos, les cas cliniques en images sont suberbes. La navigation peut être parfois à améliorer, mais que cest bien davoir de la médecine intéressante dans la poche ... et gratuite pour linstant de surcroit (pour combien de temps encore nul ne le sait). A recommander.
