Jutilise cette application à chaque fois que je viens en Pologne - Lodz. Elle est très bien faite et marche parfaitement. Contrairement à ce que les polonais pense (parce que la note est assez basse), je trouve le système de vélo bien fait et lapplication super utile comparée au vélib de Paris.

Très bonne application
Einen Stern nur, weil weniger nicht geht
Dreimal die Telefonnummer eingegeben, trotzdem bricht die Registrierung an der Stelle ab. Hotline angerufen - Computermenü, die "persönliche Beratung" offensichtlich überlastet oder alle in der Mittagspause. App gleich wieder gelöscht. Da ist man zu Fuß besser dran. Vielen Dank für ein gelungenes Beispiel wie es nicht funktioniert.

Gute Idee - Hohe Fehlerquote
Ich nutze Nextbike über die KVB fast täglich. Wenn alles funktioniert, ist es kinderleicht. Oft sind die Ortsangaben der Fahrräder sehr ungenau und teils ist kein Fahrrad da, obwohl eines angezeigt wird. Ebenso funktioniert die Anmietung und Rückgabe oftmals nicht. Der Telefonservice ist super, da wird geholfen! Bitte auch an der Menüführung arbeiten.
Unbrauchbar
Ich frage mich nun seit einigen Tagen Nutzung der App, wessen Location sie anzeigt. Die der Fahrräder jedenfalls nicht!
Funktionabel und gut
Nutze die App. schon länger ohne Probleme in der Ortung, Ausleihe und Rückgabe. Für Monatskartenbesitzer (in Dresden) sogar ½ Stunde frei. Das reicht fast immer. Zuletzt erfolgreich in Leipzig getestet. Geht automatisch auf das Leipziger Leihsystem. Bin sehr zufrieden.
