It was a horrible experience. I used the app to book appointment for a concert, it was the first time I had used it and it was not very user friendly. After I booked the appointment the app showed a QR code and said nothing about having to print out and display. When I get to the parking garage their is no where to scan the QR code only an option to pay and display. I call the customer service number and they say "oh we send out QR codes for all of our reservations, the confirmation email says you have to print and display". I ask him why would I read confirmation email when Im using the app and it sent me a QR code. If something has a QR code I assume I can scan when I get there, otherwise there is no purpose sending one. I told him I didnt not want to pay twice for the same reservation and he said all he could do is issue a credit as the reservation had already started. To top it all off, the pay and display at event was only $10 and I paid $15.50 for the reservation. The lot was fairly empty so no need for gouging people. I am not a happy customer, I believe in this situation I should have recieved a refund back to my credit card.

This app is great! Easy to use, eliminating the stress of parking for Sports events where parking is a premium!
Very easy to use
I booked a parking spot and got an email telling me print out my number but no where in the app or email did I see how to do that. Got to the parkade and they had my name, they hand wrote me a card with my number on it. I got back to my car later and had a ticket for $75. After wasting 15 minutes on the phone trying to clear the ticket up they had no way to find my reservation, no way to look up my number, attempts to look up my payment info failed. The whole thing was completely disorganized and a good idea for an app is ruined by a terrible implementation. Get your act together Parking Panda!
Ive only used the app once and the parking lot was very close to the venue. The app suggested that there would be an attendant present however there was not. That didnt seem to be an issue.
