Since I downloaded the app, I haven't been able to login because the keyboard is missing for the password (iPhone app) only numeric pad option as already mentioned by someone else here and now reading the reviews here, I am no longer interested on this app since it doesn't have the features most of us would expect to see from pg&e. No offence to the current app developer but he either needs to put more effort on the development or step aside to let someone else take care of it.
