Regardless of whether you’re only starting to manage your budget, or you’ve been doing it for years, Phibi will allow you to gain broader perspective of your finances, at the same time providing a valuable insight into details significant for your financial planning.
See how the structure of your expenses and income presents itself in different timeframes, then use it to
pursue your goals more effectively. Time is money, so we made sure Phibi is easy and fun to use – entering data takes only a moment and its subsequent analysis will allow you to quickly draw conclusions.

Before download, please note:
1. The app will not ask you for your bank account information (there is no data sync with financial institutions of any kind – Phibi is 100% independent, standalone tool). You can use it with full anonymity.
2. Stable Internet connection is needed – in “airplane mode” you can still add your expenses, but you will not have access to most functions (the app is using Cloud in “real time”, so all your data would be safe even if you
lose your phone).
Key features:
- first of all, a brief disclaimer: Phibi is NOT sharing your meta-data with anyone nor ask you to grant access to phone functions and/or resources; moreover, we are NOT targeting you with ads (even in totally free to use “Phibi Lite”* you will not find any ads – we just don’t like them)
- enjoy fully configurable home screen, allowing you to add new expenses/incomes as fast as possible
- define complex templates for fixed expenses and incomes, so Phibi will add them automatically in given date
- choose from 1800 possible icon/color combinations for categories
- motivate yourself by setting up custom Goals – once set, the amount you want to save to reach your Goal will present itself as fixed “expense” in the budget
- set spending Limits (monthly, weekly etc.) for entire budget, selected categories, payment methods or
combinations of the above
- assign expenses and incomes to a selected “person in household”
- use advance filters for analyzing your data (include or exclude from the view particular expenses, categories or household members to test different scenarios for better planning)
- choose any time period (to the day) in which data are shown
- access your data from multiple devices via Cloud
- optional PIN protection
- numerous customization options
*Phibi Lite is currently available only in some regions (if you don’t see it in store, please know that we are sorry and hope to launch it soon for you).
The app is under constant development and we are well aware that there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Fajna aplikacja, dobrze zaprojektowana, intuicyjna ale .... Zawiesza sie, wylogowuje w trakcie działania i dlatego szkoda kasy

Prosta, zawiera najpotrzebniejsze funkcje i super opcja concierge, z którą nie spotkałam się w innych aplikacjach tego typu.
