Q: I have downloaded a ringtone, but I can’t make it as my iPhone ringtone. Can you please help me?
A: Unlike other mobile phones, adding ringtones directly is not yet supported by iPhone. When a ringtone is downloaded, you need to locate File Sharing on your iTunes,and sync with iTunes to get the ringtones into the Settings section of your iPhone.Dont worry. Its quick and easy.
Q: There is no Ringtones tab in my iTunes Library, why is that?
A: Drag a replicated ringtone to iTunes Library, and then Ringtones tab will be generated automatically.
Q: I can’t hear any sound. Help!
A: Check your iPhone to see if it is in silent mode. If so, please turn off silent mode and try again.
