This Photo Cookbook is intended for all grilling enthusiasts. It presents classics like "Porterhouse Steak with Garbanzo-Bean Salad," "Glazed Spareribs with Apple-Tomato Ketchup" or "Chicken Wings," but also more unusual dishes such as "Veal Rib Roast with Potato Gratin," "Whole Young Chicken with Anchovy-Basil Sauce" and "Cedar-Plank Salmon with Fennel-Orange Salad."
The app contains a varied range of 72 recipes, divided into four chapters: "Meat," "Poultry," "Fish & Seafood,“ and "Vegetables and Cheese." The overview page of each chapter scrolls vertically, so you can effortlessly see which recipe you want to prepare.
Besides grilling over direct heat, some of the recipes use grilling over indirect heat with the lid closed. This can be done with a kettle grill, for example.
The app is like a private, in-home grilling course, taught by an experienced grill master who explains the methods to you. Gorgeous photos, displayed to best advantage in high resolution on your iPad, illustrate each step.

Jai testé plusieurs recettes, toutes délicieuses.
Enttäuschend
Dies ist nun meine fünfte app von der ditter projektagentur. Bislang war ich total begeistert von den Rezepten aber hier bin ich ehrlich gesagt ein bisschen enttäuscht. Besonders die Fleischgerichte sind sehr m. M. nach einfallslos. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Apps eher ein Schritt zurück. Lediglich die veggie und Fischgerichte sind ganz ok, daher gibt es noch drei Sterne.

Tolle Bilder! Aber viel zuwenig Rezepte. Leider werden auch keine Rezepte nach geliefert.
Schon OK, leider eine Insel-App
Die Rezepte sind gut, optisch ansprechend aufgemacht und verständlich erklärt. Aber: Es handelt sich hier um eine Insel-App, das bedeutet, die Rezepte lassen sich nicht teilen, z. B. per e-Mai an Evernotel, wo ich gerne sammle, was ich so gekocht habe. Mit der Weber Grill-App geht das problemlos. Es ist lediglich möglich, einen Einkaufszettel mit anderen per e-Mail zu teilen, nicht jedoch das ganze Rezept mit den einzelnen Arbeitsschritten. Das finde ich für den Preis mager und „geizig“ dem Nutzer gegenüber.
Die Grillsaison ist eröffnet!
Die App macht mit den vielen tollen Fotos richtig Lust aufs Grillen. Ich habe mir für unsere nächste Grillfeier schon ein paar Ideen holen können, damit es mal was anderes als nur Steak und Bratwurst gibt. Die Rezepte sind abwechslungsreich und originell, sodass wirklich für jeden etwas leckeres dabei ist. Ein Muss für jeden Grillfan!
