My subscription doesnt work
I payed my subscription and the app doesnt recognize it. I contact the support many times, without any answer!!
NO NEW BOOKS
I love this app. Im a therapist to a handicapped young woman and she loves these books. There have been no new books added this year. That is my only complaint. I would like to think, after paying so much, that the developers would add new books. Its almost like they forgot about the app.
If I could give no stars I would
This app is horrible along with its customer support staff. I paid for the annual subscription and when I went into the book selection it said I needed to subscribe. Days later they deducted the fees from my account. I tried re-loading the app and it continued to do the same thing. NO BOOKS! I contacted customer support and they sent an email back stating they were working on the issue and I should visit their website to search other apps. What a joke! They never refunded the fees or fixed my app. So please dont waste your money with these thieves.
Stopped working
Great books and great app, when it was working. It no longer works on any IOS devices. Rtying to contact developers for a possible fix. Tried to pay for a subscription again. Money was taken, but app stil does not work. Wait with your purhcase or try it and demand refund in case it will not work for you also.
Support is non-existent
Ive been having issues restoring my subscription to my sons new iPad for several months now. Ive emailed the company several times and they dont seem to care beyond the automated message letting me know that they have received my message.
Doesnt work
Downloaded & paid for a monthly subscription. The app never gave me access to the books. Emailed company, because they have no number, got an automated response, but never any follow up. Not pleased. Dont waste your time!
