Selon moi la meilleure application pour créer ses propres séances de yoga. Très grand nombre de poses, forte personnalisations, suggestions pertinentes font quil est très simple et efficace de créer des séances, puis de les partager.

Pratique à utiliser et plus aucune excuse pour ne pas faire au moins un peu de yoga tous les jours, où que lon soit!!! Merci pour cette app!

Super mais...
Cette appli est géniale, mais il manque quelque postures intermédiaires simples pour quelle soit parfaite, notamment dans la catégorie seated poses... Il faudrait en rajouter, surtout tout ce qui est inclinaisons et torsions simples en tailleur...
Doesnt support Apple Watch
The practices that I built cant be shared with the Pocket Yoga App, so it doesnt work with Apple Watch
