Ich nutze CDPedia auf dem Mac und wollte eine größere CD-Sammlung mit dem iPhone mobil erfassen. Zunächst war ich von der App recht angetan. Der ISBN-Scan ging recht flott auch die Möglichkeit Cover schnell und sauber per Foto einzupflegen ist gelungen. Leider funktioniert die Synchronisation nicht zuverlässig. Entweder werden Daten nicht an den Mac übertragen oder bereits eingegebene Daten werden überschrieben. Davon abgesehen fragt die App nur die Bruji-eigene Datenbank ab. Das Desktop-Programm ist da wesentlich breiter aufgestellt. Mein derzeitiger Wokflow sieht dann entsprechend auch so aus: Mit einer einfachen Scan-App erfasse ich die ISBN-Nummern und pflege diese dann in die Mac-App ein. Die iOS-App synchronisiere ich nur in eine Richtung: vom Mac zum iPhone. Da es hierzu keine Einstellungen gibt, lösche ich die App bei Bedarf, installiere sie neu und starte dann den Sync-Vorgang. Das denke ich, ist nicht im Sinne des Erfinders. Trotzdem noch 2 Punkte, weil ich mit Pocket-Pedia zumindest meine Bestandsliste mitnehmen kann. (Ich nutze ein iPhone 5C mit iOS 7.1.2)

Its an ok app just not worth the money I mean most of the books I have cant be found on doghouse search which is a shame since I have to add them manually. Defeats the point of getting this app. Other than that its an average library app. Not worth $3.99.

Enfin lapplication que lon attendait pour utiliser sur tablette le très utile logiciel bookpedia. Le transfert est rapide même en cas dimportante collection. Lutilisation facile et agréable. Je vois déjà quelques améliorations pour une mise à jour à venir. Cest en tout cas la solution idéal, surtout pour ceux qui comme moi était déçu par Ibedepocket. Je pense quil faudrait des options sur le transfert. Il faudrait pouvoir pouvoir sélectionner les listes dont on veut le transfert, pour ne pas forcément prendre lensemble. Il serait utile aussi de pouvoir choisir si lon veut ou non les illustrations de toutes les listes. Et aussi ajouté des options de présentations supplémentaires.
inutile pour version bookpedia antérieure à 5.1
Tout est dans le titre: jai une version de BookPedia 4.6.8 qui me suffit pour mon usage (pour moi pas besoin de payer pour upgrader en 5.1) et jai acheté PocketPedia3 car je suis un utilisateur satisfait du PocketPedia2 (jaimerai juste pouvoir incrémenter ma collection sur PocketPedia quand je flâne dans les librairies…). Pourquoi nest-il pas précisé à lachat de PocketPedia3 cette restriction? : "Please be sure to be running Pedia version 5.1 or higher on your Mac." Déçu… P.S.: comment se faire rembourser?
