Not synchronized with iTunes
Excellent idea, but needs some fine tuning
This is an excellent idea. Ive wanted this app for a long time. I have a problem though; I cant find my favorite podcasts in the search window of Podcast Reader. (Nothing pops up for Fresh Air, Washington Week, TEDTalks, etc.) Also when I added the NewsHour, the app found the podcast, but only listed the most recent broadcast, and only the last segment of the broadcast. Basically, theres no reason Id continue using this app unless the developers retool it--or just fix these bugs, if thats what they are. When they do, Ill gladly re-review the app. I hope to change it to 5 stars!
Only a few podcasts available
Wait for an update before buying... This would be a great app if you could subscribe to any podcast. As it is, they dont have any of my favorite podcasts listed. I thought this was what they meant when they said you could add your own favorites (feature # 5). Also need to be able to listen to previous podcasts, not just the most recent broadcast. If these were fixed then this app would be four or five stars.
promising but incomplete
this app is more stable than the competing "podcaster" app. However, without being able to add your own feeds I cant give it more stars- Please fix!
