The App consists of TWO FREE hypnosis sessions: Pregnancy Pick-Me-Up and Communicate with Your Baby, both beautifully relaxing and soothing.
Positive Pregnancy and Positive Pregnancy Bedtime are the main, longer and highly effective hypnosis tracks aiming to reduce any anxiety surrounding pregnancy and promote a relaxed state of mind throughout these precious months. They focus on the mind, body and soul, with especial attention to the chakras and energy body to promote both a healthy and vibrant pregnancy and a positive childbirth.
We also include a deeply soothing and effective MORNING SICKNESS track. We know this is a very common symptom of pregnancy especially in the first trimester and is something both Samantha and Nicola experienced and reduced using the same techniques.
We also include a fantastic YOGA NIDRA meditation by our very own Yoga and Yoga Nidra expert Kat King at Loveuyoga, which also focuses on the chakras and uses special meditative techniques. Yoga Nidra gives you exactly what you need, helping you with anxiety, lack of sleep and even ailment relief. During this pregnancy Yoga Nidra app you will have that all important bonding time with baby. Traditionally there is no music played during a Yoga Nidra practice and there will be long pauses. This practice of Yoga Nidra is to help you physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
We have included a fab and FREE little e book, Top Ten Tips to a Calm Childbirth, including some wonderful tips and pointers when it comes to your birth. We’ve thought of everything!
To benefit, we recommend using headphones to allow your subconscious mind to fully absorb all positive suggestions and affirmations and it’s best to keep yourself relaxed and warm with your head supported.
