Ich habe das Programm jetzt einige Zeit getestet. Die Bedienung ist viel zu umständlich und kompliziert. Die Anleitung könnte umfangreicher sein, die Homepage hilft auch nicht entscheidend weiter. Ich habe es bis heute nicht geschafft, einen Alarm einzustellen. Too complicate.
Really good
I really like this app. I find it so relaxing and it really does put me to sleep. I like the audio tracks that are included. They are multidimensional compared to some other binaural apps out there. The only thing keeping it from a 5 is that I would like the option to play my own music and also play the progressive tracks. (I tend to get bored of listening to the same songs every night.) If you are having trouble sleeping at night I would recommend this app to anyone
Ambiscience power sleep and nap
No instructions how to use. Very Unintuitive. Not worth 99 cents ,,,,
So this is what unintuitive looks like.
Take a simple idea (calming rhythms) and fix it to an application that is unreasonably difficult to use. What do you get? A one Star review and a delete.
Pseudoscience Nonsense
If they had simply claimed this as a relaxation app, Id give this more stars, but usurping the word "science" to suggest credibility where none exists is a lie at best and fraud at worst. Dont be conned. This is for entertainment purposes only.
