Description
The Predictor, college basketball edition, has two main uses. One is to help find value in the Vegas line (spread and total) for every division I college game. And the other is to quickly display stats for easy viewing and comparison between two selected opponents. The Predictor can do this for every division I game, every week, all season long. Including all 345 teams.
After two opponents are selected, The Predictor will display the most current stats for both teams. These stats include; schedule strength, average points per game for and against, field goal percentage, and total rebounds. The Predictor will then use a formula based on those stats to predict the score of that game. The predicted outcome, spread, and total will be displayed along with the current consensus Vegas line for easy comparison. When there is a large difference between The Predictor line and the Vegas line there may be value in the Vegas line towards the appropriate side.
Great for March Madness office pools.
