Parfait pour débuter
Idéal pour ceux qui nont pas le temps, les exercices sont faciles mais la répétition de 3 séances me carbonise (je suis débutant), de plus cest assez efficace car le lendemain dune séance, les légères courbatures montrent que les muscles travaillent.
Simple et sympa
Adopté par toute la famille, rien à redire, sauf que la voix: en français ça serait mieux!
