Dont waste your money on this application. Just a few pages with a few well known real estate adages most of which were already shown on the preview screen shots. I would say it was a waste of time, but it only took about 5 minutes to read the entire content. It was certainly a waste of my money. I was also surprised at the number of gramatical errors contained in so few pages of content.
