not user friendly. too many glitches. The most is with sd cards. They cant use even sd cards from Samsung!!!!. They simply stop working till you eject the sd card. Happened with 3 differents cam and 5 differents sd cards, so is a design issue

After the update I cannot replay any videos. I can onky view live footage.....very disappointing. UPDATES = break not fixes
Samsung has really disappointed me for sometime now. They DO NOT support their products and leave us to our own devices. My smartcam app used to work outside my network and since the last updates it no longer works rendering my cameras useless! And before someone chimes in and tells me my network sucks, I have more than enough. It's simple, they made changes and they need to revert those changes. They can start by investigating the issue, which I'm sure they wont.
I have been having 2 of these cameras and had no problems until the last few months when I started getting the message Smartphone network unstable! I am so frustrated with these cameras now that I would not even give them one star! DO NOT BUY THESE CAMERAS THEY ARE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME SND MONEY! I'm contacting SAMSUNG and asking for a refund!
What is the status of the iPhone app over WiFi bug? This is having a huge impact on your customers.
"Smartphone network unstable. Check your internet connection and try again." This happens when I connect WiFi. If I connect via Cellular data, it logs in. It used to work fine before, but Samsung has done something that broke it. Possibly, incompatibility with my Apple router, because it has NAT-PMP instead of UPnP. Samsung, we know you are at war with Apple on smartphones, but this is how you shoot yourself in the foot. I will NEVER EVER buy a product with the Samsung badge again!
Same problem as others. SmartCam won't open using iPhone. Gives unstable network message. Please fix.
