Une application certes pas magique mais qui je trouve est tout de même bien utile. Les petites listes à faire sur les sources de nos anxiétés sont aussi un bon moyen de les définir et de bien mettre le doigt dessus. Parmi les exercices, celui de "focus" pour penser à autre chose est vraiment intéressant et aide pas mal. Bref à essayer !

This app has a great layout and easy to use interface. It is full of information and coping techniques that teach you not to avoid your anxiety, but to face it by taking very small, manageable steps. You can even track specific anxieties and your reaction to them over time. The app gives you very good advice on starting to overcome anxiety without escalating stress. There is even a button that gives you immediate reassurance if youre in the midst of a panic attack.

Lots of straightforward, easy to use features with a variety of uses/functions. I found the "anxiety tracker" to be particularly useful in combination with an alarm I have set to remind me to update it frequently. I would definitely recommend at least giving this app a try!
