Purchased thermostat 2 yrs ago,, worked pretty well,, every now and then would go offline. Would reboot it,, no problem. Last 2 months,, offline every single day. Contacted sensi,, they answered back quickly. Was told problem is probably my netgear router. Contacted my internet provider,, my router works fine. Iphones, ipads, copiers all use this router ,, no issues. Just sensi. C’mon sensi, fix this!!!!

Same issue with the unit. I have 3 Sensi. Two are randomly offline. We have strong Wi-Fi signal in the house. I do t think it is the app, it is the unit. Doesn’t make sense. Has definitely gotten worse.

Latest update broke something. Connection to Sensi is on and off randomly. App shows random temps that make no sense, from +24 to -6 in a matter of minutes. Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed.
Unit keeps going offline. Sensi support is useless. They told me to install an add-a-wire to provide C wire power, which I did. Nothing changed. Still keeps going offline.
I have two thermostats & I'm ready to go back to the old ones. Now with the new app update, they are both offline 95% of the time. If they come back online, they revert back to the last wifi setting. If I have turned on the AC at the thermostat & it happens to go online, it reverts to the last setting which may have the AC turned to off. We have come home to a hot house even though we have two air conditioners.
The unit is constantly going offline. You go to the help section in the app or online and it tells you you're not an admin and you can't access the area. Sending unit back to Amazon.
