Shape uses HealthKit go provide you with data of your weight and height.
Shape uses the iPhones built in pedometer to provide you with your daily activities and also shows you the progress youve made to the recommended goal of 10,000 steps per day. Additionally, you can review your progress in the last week with Shapes detailed activity monitors.
Using iOS 8s new Notification Center widgets, you can simply swipe down to see updates on your daily step progress. This makes it easy and convenient to keep an eye out.
But we didnt stop there. Shape also uses the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus built-in barometer to give you an accurate representation of how high youve gone.
Shape also supports a built in diary which lets you write down thoughts and comments as they come. Theres even a password protected personal section of the app where you can write only private information. Shape uses Touch ID and encryption to ensure that your content is safe and secure. Your password and personal data is never backed to our servers and remains safely on your iPhone.
And of course, Shape is written in Apples latest programming language, Swift, which makes it faster and better!
