Description
Create and edit Microsoft Excel® (.xls and .xlsx) on your iPad any where.
Sheet allows you to manage Excel and Open Office Spreadsheet on your iPad. You can view, create and edit Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010 spreadsheet (including xls and xlsx format).
You can use this as a regular spreadsheet program or use it as a powerful calculator by entering complex formulas in cell.

OK for creating spreadsheet
Seems to be OK for creating a spreadsheet but I need to import an existing spreadsheet and fill it in on my iPad. Cannot figure out how to do this. The spreadsheet can be viewed with other apps on my iPad. Probably will delete.
not open xls
I wasnt able to open XLS files, support site is not English. Dont waste you time and money, get another one!
