The app is a piece of trash and rarely works. The stores never know what it is and employees are confused. You hold up the line trying to use it. It is not just "one little step". LOVE this app..easy simple... I dontated to my kids team... got the app..I have earned over $375 in less than a year... used the cash back anywhere I wanted at any merchant... and customer support is awesome!!
Scam. Never used it couldn't figure it out had no idea I was going to get charged more than once.
ShoppingBoss was a hassle to use with too many steps that held up the checkout line and often the member merchants (ie Whole Foods) wouldn't recognize it, the discount was meager, and the app finally froze and became unusable. I dumped the app and now ShoppingBoss charged my credit card $20. Now I have to call them and waste more time just to get rid of it.
