If you make a booking and you are in an area outside of the service area (the mind boggles! Its 2016 already and Uber) the first you know of it is when your cab does not show up and you miss your bus to the airport and then your international flight. Hopeless. Its not like they dont know where you are! Rubbish app, worse than having nothing at all
