Plusieurs exercices, suffisant pour un débutant. Seul désavantage en anglais mais au pire, la vidéo suffit. A conseiller :)

Avec trois programmes dentraînement dans la version gratuite, tout à fait faisable pour des débutants. Parfois même un peu trop simple. Le seul reproche que je ferais cest le nombre de postures qui est assez réduit, et puis les salutations au soleil qui sont répétées inlassablement pour combler les vides et pour augmenter la durée du programme. Sinon cest un bon entraînement détirement mais à long terme pas suffisant par le manque de diversité! Mais je recommande pour une première approche du yoga.

Comment faire du yoga avec une bannière de pub hyper énervante qui défile en bas ? Totalement inapproprié... Juste pour vous obliger à télécharger loption payante ! Donc je boycotte
