This is probably my first bad review on the App Store, but if any deserves it is this one! How can a cellphone provide/Tv etc. have such a worthless app? Does not have Apple Pay top up option, then purchase top up takes you to the web to finish pay for it and payment never goes through. What if you dont have network? How will you buy topup? Shame Singtel! Shame!

The most worthless App ever
OTP system is flawed.
Having to use a One Time Password texted to your phone is incredibly inconvenient. If you are abroad and using another SIM you need to swap it out with the SingTel SIM just to receive the OTP (assuming you have coverage, that SingTel has a roaming agreement in your region and that you arent relying on another data plan for Internet access in the first place). Why cant we set a password or PIN to access our accounts as is normal practice with other prepaid providers worldwide (including SingTels subsidiary Optus)? This is poor design and reflects a basic misunderstanding of how many customers use the service (ie we visit Singapore regularly but are not resident there.) A real downside to what is otherwise a reasonable app.
Useful app but poorly designed from user viewpoint
Really love the ease to top up and buy plans. However, you must be using a SingTel mobile data plan to automatically access your account any time. Even if Im logged into my home SingTel broadband wifi, it will ask for OTP every SINGLE TIME I open the app. A real inconvenience and poor UE design.
