Réveil en douceur ! Étonnée des statistiques
Il me devient très agréable de me réveiller : le réveil lors dune phase de sommeil léger est vraiment rapide et plus facile, les sons naturels sont agréables. Le temps de sommeil est plus faible que ce que je pensais et remet en question mes horaires pour dormir un minimum de 6 heures. Le retour à un réveil classique ma paru une régression horrible.
